ABOUT  US

Asian Indian Christian Church (AICC) was organized in the year July 1989 at Jersey City, NJ. The congregation met at Old Bergen Church every Sunday at 5pm with 10 families for worship. AICC moved to Maplewood, NJ in 1991 to Calvary Reformed Church. The membership grew to about 60 families and became a vibrant ministry with many activities and programs, such as Sunday school, youth fellowship, women’s fellowship, and exciting music ministry. AICC also has many outreach mission and Evangelism programs in India as well as in the US. AICC is affiliated with the Reformed Church in America. We desire to unite as a church for worship, fellowship, and service. AICC is currently worshipping at the Community United Methodist Church, in Roselle Park, NJ every Sunday at 5pm. The worship service is conducted in English. You are welcome to worship with us to glorify our Lord Jesus Christ.

OUR MISSION 

Asian Indian Christian Church as a Community Church strives to bring together Christians of South Asian origin and other nationals living in New Jersey to be blessed with Holy Scripture and Holy Sacrament, to unite as a congregation for worship service, witness, and fellowship; crossing the language, cultural and ethnic barriers; appreciating each other’s values and heritage. 

OUR VISION 

To establish a worshiping and witnessing church to cater to the spiritual needs of the Asian Indian Christian community in the USA, enabling them to come together for worship, fellowship, and service to the community at large through activities such as regular Sunday worship, Sunday school, youth ministry, music ministry, counseling, evangelism, mission and social activities.

OUR STATEMENT OF FAITH 

Confession

* We believe that the Holy Bible is the inspired, the infallible, authoritative word of God.

* We believe that there is one eternal living and true God, the creator and supreme master of heaven and earth inexpressibly glorious in Holiness, love, and justice; that he manifests Himself in three persons – the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

* We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, who came into this world begotten by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary, and He is God manifest in flesh.

* We believe that He shed His precious blood and died on the cross to atone for our sins and purchase our salvation.

* We believe in his bodily resurrection, in his ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in his personal return to the earth in power and glory, to judge the living and the dead.

* We believe in the resurrection of the dead and the life everlasting.

* We believe in the Holy Spirit who proceeds from the Father and the Son and who, with the Father and Son together, is worshipped and glorified; and who creates and sustains the Church through the gospel, unites the believers with the Lord and also with one another, in the fellowship of faith.

* We believe that for the salvation of man, he should be born again in Holy Spirit.

* We believe in the Nicene Creed and the Apostles’ Creed.

The Scripture

* We believe that the scriptures contained in the Holy Bible, consisting of the Old and New Testaments, are the basis for the faith and life of the congregation.

* We believe that the Gospel is the revelation of God’s Will and saving grace in Jesus Christ. In Him the Word Incarnate, God imparts Himself to mankind.
